Job summary

MRPC, based in Butler, WI, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the process engineering team in developing and validating manufacturing methods for medical products, with emphasis on molding and LSR. You will drive continuous improvement through scientific molding and data-driven problem solving.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Applications Engineering, and Sales/Marketing to ensure compliant, scalable production and successful technology transfers across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in process development or related field.
• RJG Master Molder I or II or equivalent scientific molding certification (e.g., Paulson ProMolder).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Design Of Experiments.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the process engineering staff.
• Drive SQDC philosophy and continuous improvement in molding processes.
• Develop processes, work instructions, and methods supporting IQ/OQ/PQ and validated manufacture.
• Ensure ISO 13485 compliance and regulatory/customer requirements are met.
• Lead technology transfer to other plants with standard work and training.
• Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with multiple departments.
