Job summary

MRPC seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering team in developing, validating, and improving molding methods, with emphasis on Liquid Silicone Rubber. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure validation aligns with ISO 13485, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales/Marketing.

You will qualify processes at headquarters and transfer standardized processes to other plants, owning solutions and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in process development.
• RJG Master Molder I or II certification preferred.
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control and DOE.
• Experience leading process engineering teams.
• Experience in plastics injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering staff and drive CI projects.
• Develop processes and work instructions using scientific molding.
• Ensure ISO 13485 compliance in all activities.
• Coordinate technology transfer to other plants.
• Prepare cost estimates and tooling quotations with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and records.
