Job summary

gpac is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead development, validation, improvement and transfer of plastic injection molding processes used in medical manufacturing. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to guide scientific molding, process development and troubleshooting while directing engineers on new and existing programs.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership. You'll guide scientific molding practices, process development and troubleshooting while leading engineers responsible for new and existing programs.
