Almara Women's Health is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to oversee the Maple Grove clinic’s daily operations and patient care. The role supports the Clinical Assistant team and helps manage clinical workflow, scheduling, and training.

This full-time position requires MA program completion, clinic MA experience, and a willingness to obtain limited scope x-ray certification. Strong communication with care teams and front desk is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program or MLT program.
• 1+ years’ experience in a clinic setting.
• Willing to train Medical Assistant that has completed externship.
• X-ray license or willingness to obtain limited scope x-ray license (Bone Density) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee department daily operations and staff productivity; ensure excellent patient service and delivery of care.
• Coordinate department work schedules; ensure proper staffing levels and coverage.
• Partner with supervisor to recognize and coach staff.
• Train and assist Medical Assistants as needed.
• Maintain training policies and processes; participate in meetings and communications.
• Serve as liaison between care teams and front desk; verify patient information.
