Job summary

Revo/ i-Health is seeking a Lead Clinical Assistant for our Edina clinic. You will oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate staff schedules, and train Medical Assistants while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, taking vitals, drawing blood, conducting in-house tests, and maintaining patient records. The role requires leadership experience and an MA program background.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program or MLT program.
• Will accept candidates that have graduated from an accredited LPN, MA, or EMT program.
• X-ray licensed or willing to obtain limited scope x-ray license to perform Bone Density scans, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department daily operations and staff productivity; ensure excellent patient service and delivery of care.
• Coordinate department work schedules and staffing coverage.
• Train and assist Medical Assistants as needed; ensure training policies and processes are followed.
• Actively participate in meetings and communications; share information timely and accurately.
• Maintain patient records and ensure all labs/reports are filed before appointments.
• Keep exam rooms stocked and equipment maintained; manage supplies and sterilization as required.
