Qualifications

• Must be a state-certified Medical Assistant (Michigan).
• State Test (Michigan) Certification required, or must take within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in healthcare or with elderly/disabled patients is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow within a team.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
