Elara Caring is seeking a Medical Assistant Team Lead for the Arbor North facility. This part-time role supports hands-on care and dementia services, leading a team of caregivers in a home-care setting.

You will supervise, coach, and ensure quality client care while maintaining documentation and compliance with HIPAA and safety standards. Eligible candidates have CMA certification and prior caregiving leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Medical Assistant certification as required in the applying state.
• Demonstrated leadership or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hands-on care to elderly individuals or people with disabilities is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on personal care, dementia support, and medical assistant duties per client care plans.
• Lead and support facility caregivers through guidance, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Monitor clients' mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates as needed.
• Promote client safety by identifying hazards and escalating concerns.
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and infection-control standards.
