Elara Caring in Jackson, MI, seeks a Medical Assistant who will transition into a supervisory role on the care team within a facility-based setting. You will lead and mentor caregivers, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate with families and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be a state-certified Medical Assistant (Michigan).
• State Test (Michigan) Certification required, or must take within 30 days of hire.

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
