Elara Caring in Michigan is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Team Lead for part-time coverage. This role includes hands-on personal care and dementia support while guiding facility caregivers and upholding our care standards.

The schedule is about 24 hours per week across two shifts (7:00–12:00 and 16:00–21:00), with availability every other weekend and seven days per week coverage. We offer competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive health

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Medical Assistant certification required in the applying state.
• Ability to work ~24 hours per week across two shifts: 7:00–12:00 and 16:00–21:00.
• Must be available every other weekend.
• Experience with elderly or disabled care preferred.
• Dementia-care experience preferred.
• Leadership or team-lead experience is a plus.
