Job Summary

Job Summary
Leads are vital in assisting patients by providing information, services, and support. Their duties may include clinical and administrative tasks, such as supporting physicians with patient care, managing clerical and organizational duties, maintaining medical records, managing supplies, and ensuring equipment functions properly. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, work well in teams, and handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work at different locations as needed is also essential.

  • Perform all current job duties listed for the role, plus:
  • Precept new employees using provided checklists.
  • Meet weekly with the Office Manager during the precepting period to review progress.
  • Manage patient complaints in the absence of the Office Manager.
  • Ensure the office remains clean and organized.
  • Participate in and help lead training sessions.
  • Assist in planning and implementing new workflows.
  • Review and suggest improvements to training materials.
  • Serve as the point of contact for role-related questions when the Office Manager is unavailable.
  • Exhibit leadership and motivational skills.
  • Manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Audit Quality Control logs and Vaccine Inventory (if applicable).
  • Maintain good standing with no recent corrective actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating Ranch Health’s mission and values.
  • Manage safety incidents when the Office Manager is unavailable, including those involving patients, staff, and providers.

Required education and experience:

Minimum Education: All requirements listed in the current job description.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience within the company with excellent citizenship.
  • Excellent attendance record.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

  • All skills listed in the current job description, plus:
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Understanding of organizational principles, planning, records management, and administration.
