Job summary

C&W Services is hiring a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems, manage projects, and mentor staff while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will train junior technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, and support the Operations Maintenance Team. A path for training and advancement is provided within a cutting-edge facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years working with material handling equipment and conveyors.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years experience with PLC programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems and controls.
• Monitoring: Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Support: Lead, train, and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Communication: Maintain positive relations across the Operations facility.
