BD is seeking a Maintenance/Setup Technician to set up, changeover, and maintain production equipment to meet quality and output targets. You will train and lead operators on the manufacturing floor, and ensure adherence to BD quality systems and safety regulations.

Strong mechanical skills and teamwork are essential for success. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, generating maintenance records, and actively participating in process improvements while complying with GMP and safety

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and problem-solving ability required.
• Experience in setup/changeover and preventive maintenance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and change over equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Keep equipment in good repair and produce accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide coverage for others and assist operators during breaks.
• Lead teams on scheduling, process improvements, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Follow GMP rules and safety procedures on the manufacturing floor.
