Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology.
• 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, QA, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance on high-speed automated equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance audits and seek improvements.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate major issues as needed.
• Document PM audits and corrective actions in SAP.
• Monitor production quality and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
