Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate degree in a mechanical field, and proven mechanical/hand-tools skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers and set up equipment properly.
• Keep equipment in good repair to meet production and quality standards.
• Generate accurate maintenance records and reports as required.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide coverage for absent colleagues.
• Assist operators on the floor and lead teams on scheduling and process improvements.
• Work safely with chemicals and follow GMP rules as required.
