Job summary

MPI is seeking a Mission Critical MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale data center builds across Texas. You will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring safety and schedule targets.

The role requires 7+ years in MEP construction, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Revizto, or Navisworks. Travel across Texas is expected, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MEP construction experience in data centers or mission-critical settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-protection systems.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Revizto, or Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP scopes on large-scale data center projects in Texas.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, drive scheduling, procurement, and turnover activities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, quality standards, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Support client communication and stakeholder management throughout project delivery.
