Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in commercial building design consulting; 4+ preferred.
• Associates/BIM-focused credentials acceptable with 7+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Produce detailed designs, specs, and calculations to code requirements.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and maintain relationships.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Oversee design progress, document decisions, and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and PMs for integrated solutions.
