Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Senior Lead Designer to supervise a mechanical and piping design team. You will deliver complex designs on time and within budget, acting as a technical specialist with broad experience in piping systems and instrumentation.

The role requires 20+ years in industrial design, an engineering technology associate degree, and SPED certification preferred. Strong mentoring, cost control, and cross-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD drafting required.
• SPED certification preferred.
• 20+ years of relevant mechanical/piping drafting and design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and provide technical direction to a design team for mechanical and piping deliverables.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Produce mechanical and piping installation specifications with engineering review.
• Lead planning, training, and development of staff; mentor subordinates.
• Prepare construction quantities and cost estimates for projects.
