Candidates should have 5 years of heavy industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise with mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as qualified craft personnel (Mechanical Discipline) in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical and operational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and systems.
• Develop formal Knowledge and gain certification in Shutdown Planning.
• Develop formal Maintenance Planning knowledge and gain certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities for the assigned Area Maintenance team, ensuring resources, parts, and procedures are identified before scheduling.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinator, Engineering, vendors, procurement, and production to ensure resources are available for safe, reliable execution.
• Support adherence to work management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
