Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy industrial equipment on the shop floor.
• Coach and mentor other craft personnel and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Support the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Planner to meet standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and drive continuous improvement on reliability.
