Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering, leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies like RCM, FMEA, PdM, RCA.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Reliability Engineers and Technicians.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities.
