Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical trades with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in HVAC, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.”
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and pipefitters.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily mechanical work activities.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related equipment.
• Inspect ongoing and completed work for quality and compliance with codes and safety rules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Order materials and manage inventory for timely deliveries.
• Maintain records of work performed and progress toward project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, other foremen, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
