Job summary

Skilled-Trades-Partners is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Foreman to lead a crew of Pipefitters, Plumbers, Welders and Apprentices in Newburyport, MA. You will install and oversee HVAC, utility and process piping while reading blueprints and isometrics to ensure quality.

The role requires 10+ years of mechanical field experience, strong pipefitting, crew leadership and OSHA 10 certification. Expect on-site work with up to 25% travel and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong pipefitting background.
• Crew leadership experience.
• Blueprint & isometric drawing skills.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• State license/certification as required.
• Confined space experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pipefitters, Plumbers, Welders & Apprentices.
• Install and oversee HVAC, utility & process piping.
• Read blueprints and isometric drawings.
• Handle pipe layout, fit-up, installation & testing.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Keep the crew productive, safe & on schedule.
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain quality.
