Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical trades, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Expertise in HVAC, piping and other mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with mechanical work.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and communication.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

• Collaborate with project managers, other foremen, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on job sites.
• Identify and resolve potential issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
