Job summary

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC seeks an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead field teams on diverse plumbing and mechanical projects. You will supervise trades, plan daily work, read blueprints, and ensure safe, timely installations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in mechanical trades, 2+ years in supervision, and strong leadership in HVAC/piping. This role requires excellent communication and adherence to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical trades with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in HVAC, piping and related mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and best practices.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor mechanical technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily mechanical work activities; optimize resources.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for accurate installations.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, piping installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect work for quality, codes, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and guide the team.
• Order and manage materials; ensure timely delivery and inventory control.
• Maintain records of work performed and project progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and clients.
• Enforce company safety policies on job sites.
• Identify and resolve potential project issues.
