The role focuses on technical direction, mentoring, and client leadership to grow the practice in the region. As Engineer of Record or senior reviewer, you will ensure compliance with codes, manage budgets and schedules, and drive QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–15+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence clients, peers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for planning, design, and construction administration of mechanical systems.
• Establish design strategies aligned with client goals and lifecycle costs.
• Act as Engineer of Record or senior technical reviewer on complex projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and resolve technical challenges.
• Champion QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and designers; manage budgets and schedules.
• Support resource planning and development of client relationships.
