Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-education experience in engineering, mechanical, and infrastructure design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical design in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient with mechanical engineering principles, practices, design/build, and permitting considerations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review and approve mechanical design plans, ensuring data integrity and code compliance.
• Apply high-level engineering techniques to improve project phases from concept to operation.
• Plan future-ready techniques, operating strategies, and design requirements for safety and functionality.
• Lead design and construction management of mechanical systems from inception to closeout.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to manage budgets, hours, expenses, and regulatory memos.
• Prepare data visualizations, tables, charts, and technical calculations for reports.
• Deliver comprehensive technical reports and presentations addressing design and construction issues.
• Develop client relationships and provide technical input on pursuits.
