• Eight years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Onsite construction experience welcomed.
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Energy modeling experience preferred.
• Five years of experience in 2D/3D AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.
• MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE familiarity welcome.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delegates design tasks and manages project deliverables.
• Coordinates with internal design and construction teams.
• Identifies resource needs to meet deadlines.
• Trains and mentors project engineers.
• Documents project correspondence and decisions.
• Manages scope, design intent and process for supervisor review.
• Directs production of design drawings and BIM for construction.
• Presents options for design direction, energy conservation and cost savings.
