You will lead electrical design projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, code-compliant solutions for commercial and light industrial buildings.

With 10 years of electrical engineering experience, you will shape standards, perform critical analyses, and help manage budgets and scope while advancing technical excellence and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience required.
• Professional Engineer registration and ability to acquire licensure in additional states.
• Experience in design and construction of commercial and light industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to perform arc flash, short circuit, coordination and load flow analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of electrical design projects including building distribution, lighting, and emergency power.
• Mentor engineers and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Develop technical standards and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to address electrical needs and regulatory challenges.
• Oversee financial health and project milestones with estimating and construction teams.
