Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering and Design division in Seattle, WA. This role leads system design, coordinates with stakeholders, and serves as the content lead for deliverables. Responsibilities include team management, project management, and cross-disciplinary design leadership.

Required eight years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MATLAB, Python, and other tools is preferred; LEED accreditation

• Eight years of experience in a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required or equivalent work experience.
• Onsite construction experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Provide engineering analysis to support sales and early design efforts.
