You will design and draft mechanical systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, perform load and ventilation calculations, ensure code compliance with Comcheck, and review submittals and shop drawings, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as mechanical designer/engineer in engineering consultancies.
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with IMC, IECC, and ASHRAE 90.1.
• Ability to read and implement mechanical design documentation.
• EIT certification is desired but not required.
• Ambition for career advancement and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical Engineer on assigned projects.
• Design and draft mechanical documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Perform mechanical load, ventilation, and equipment sizing calculations.
• Perform emergency compliance using Comcheck.
• Conduct full MEP site surveys and prepare reports.
• Review submittals and shop drawings.
