Evergreen Talent Partners in Manhattan is expanding and hiring three Mechanical Engineers to bolster its growing MEP and fire protection team for NYC projects. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in HVAC design, hands-on Revit MEP and AutoCAD, and familiarity with NYC codes, Energy Code, and ASHRAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3+ years of HVAC design experience with an MEP consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with load calculation software such as Carrier HAP or Trane TRACE.
• Working knowledge of NYC codes and ASHRAE standards.
• Long-term growth with one firm.

Responsabilités

• Design HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings in NYC.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and equipment selection.
• Lay out ductwork and hydronic piping systems.
• Produce clear construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure designs meet NYC Mechanical Code, Energy Code, and ASHRAE standards.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams to integrate designs.
