Job summary

Molex is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a talented team of Mechanical Design Engineers in our high-speed connector and cable system product lines. You will guide design, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive development from concept through production to meet customer requirements.

You will supervise engineers, manage performance, and help implement new technologies to improve cost, quality, and development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with FEA, GD&T and related concepts.
• 5+ years in mechanical product design and development; 2+ years of leadership; experience in electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team designing high-speed connectors and cable assemblies.
• Interface with cross-functional teams including signal integrity, manufacturing, program management and sales.
• Develop and document product specifications for testing per customer requirements.
