Responsibilities

• Review engineering system descriptions for functionality.
• Supervise construction and contractor craft during commissioning.
• Verify completion of commissioning packages.
• Oversee initial equipment and pump check-out.
• Oversee system line flushes.
• Perform mechanical pre-operational check-outs.
• Oversee pump run-in vibration analysis.
• Maintain updated Red-Line/As-Built drawings and docs.
• Coordinate and verify system check-out and commissioning.
• Elevate issues to startup manager promptly; develop action plans.
• Ensure documentation of lessons learned during commissioning.
• Read and adhere to Startup Administration Manual.
