Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Lead Commissioning Specialist for a major gas-fired power project with potential starts in Reston, TX or Pecos. You will supervise mechanical CSU activities and coordinate startup, commissioning, and initial operation with multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8–14 years of experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale power projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning and startup testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operations manuals and testing procedures.
• Plan scope, schedules, and budgets for the commissioning work.
• Lead mechanical CSU activities and manage startup engineers.
• Ensure testing from component to integrated operation.
