This onsite role leads a large team and collaborates with planning and logistics to optimize scheduling and material flow.

The position requires a university degree with 8+ years of manufacturing leadership (or an advanced degree with 5+ years), plus 2+ years in a QMS (AS9100/ISO 9001).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• 4+ years leadership in manufacturing/operations.
• 2+ years experience with a QMS such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production of quality products.
• Deploy manufacturing policies aligned with the site’s business strategy and annual operating plan.
• Execute daily Lean management systems, including tiered accountability meetings and leader standard work.
• Drive accountability to daily results and implement rapid corrective actions to address operational challenges.
• Oversee training and development of approximately 200 direct and indirect reports.
• Collaborate with planning and logistics to optimize scheduling and materials flow.
