Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or technical team.
• Ability to develop and implement training plans for mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for high-speed packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of mechanics and technical staff across shifts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics, supporting skill development and cross-training.
• Partner with Production Supervisors and Team Leads to prioritize equipment repairs and changeovers.
• Support onboarding and structured training plans for new mechanics.
• Assist in writing, revising, and training on equipment-related SOPs and preventive maintenance procedures.
