ASR Group seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to direct maintenance operations across refinery equipment, with a strong safety focus and leadership of a unionized maintenance team. The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, and reliability improvements in a high-demand production environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Competenze

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in the operation and maintenance of various types of mechanical and operational equipment.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs maintenance to ensure a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness.
• Schedules, approves, and inspects maintenance work orders and ensures timely completion.
• Oversees daily maintenance to maximize equipment uptime using available tools, materials, and manpower.
• Directs maintenance personnel to achieve continuous operation and maximum efficiency of repairs.
• Monitors compliance with GMP and quality requirements.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs and maintains department records.
• Interfaces with outside vendors for parts purchases and collects data for modifications or replacements.
• Reviews costs and seeks to minimize unnecessary spending on consumables and parts.
• Supervises maintenance projects and prepares technical/non-technical documentation for projects.
• Ensures all areas/equipment are kept in good housekeeping condition.
• Maintains time cards and conducts daily safety contacts and monthly safety meetings.
