Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to provide advanced technical support for production equipment, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems, and lead the shift in ensuring safe operation and minimal downtime.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance in CMMS, mentor technicians, and coordinate with Process Engineering and Production to improve reliability and performance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or technical certification.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience with advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, sensors, drives, and control systems.
• Ability to mentor technicians and coordinate technical work.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance with LOTO and environmental requirements.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and document work in CMMS.
• Lead the shift’s technical response and coordinate with teams across shifts.
• Train and develop Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Identify root causes and implement durable corrective actions for downtime.
