Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our client’s manufacturing facility. The role leads daily maintenance operations, supervises technicians, and ensures safe, reliable production equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance planning, downtime reduction, and developing a high-performing team with strong coaching and SOP development. Day shift, onsite manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance leadership.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Strong troubleshooting and planning skills.
• Experience with CMMS and work order management.
• Proficient with computers and good communication.
• Knowledge of automated controls preferred.
• Experience with maintenance planning and budgeting beneficial.
• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily work to Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Minimize downtime by coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor downtime reports and implement improvements.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory with Purchasing.
• Track activities, equipment performance, and work order completion.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in the plant.
• Develop technician skills and establish SOPs.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and other departments.
