Job summary

LiDestri Foods is looking for a Mechanic/Electrician II to lead the maintenance team and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience with electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, robust troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Exposure to various working conditions is expected, and the role includes preventive maintenance and continuous improvement tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with lock-out tag-out, hot work, confined space, and HECPS training preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, repair, install, and maintain machinery equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance managers on projects.
