Qualifications

15+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 13+ years with Masters; 10+ years with PhD/JD.
Experience in Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Experience authoring a systems engineering management plan.
Experience with government contracts and SE lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system architectures, interface control documents, and technical roadmaps for directed energy technologies.
Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
