Job summary

Mathnasium of Mathnasium provides after-school and weekend teaching roles for Lead Math Instructors. You will lead, coach, and deliver individualized instruction in a group setting using the Mathnasium Method™, with ongoing training and available curriculum and tools.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in education or math, a passion for math, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to balance leadership with teaching responsibilities. Advancement opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method™ and terminology.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
