Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Centers is seeking a part-time Educator to deliver individualized math instruction in a group setting, both in-center and online, using the Mathnasium Method. You will assess progress, communicate with families, and assist with administrative tasks in a supportive learning environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about math, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn and be trained. Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work with team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
