Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking educators to deliver individualized math instruction to students in a supportive, engaging environment. You’ll work with a team to guide 2nd–12th graders, assessing progress and communicating with parents. Instruction can occur in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and helping students succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for parent communication.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in Mathnasium methods.
• Strong math competency through Algebra I or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach small groups to deliver individualized instruction.
• Assess student progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.
• Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using Mathnasium Method.
• Maintain a safe, professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
