Job summary

Mathnasium of Mandeville is seeking a Lead Math Instructor to empower K-12 students with the Mathnasium Method. You will teach in-center and online, coach teammates, and help deliver personalized instruction using our established strategies.

The role emphasizes after-school and weekend hours, collaboration with a supportive team, and ongoing training to develop teaching skills and math proficiency. A passion for math and helping students is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach in‑center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
