Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a Lead Material Program Manager for the Loitering Munitions portfolio in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role leads a 6-8 person team and interfaces with Supply Chain, IPT, and Program Office to drive material strategy, forecasting, and cost/schedule performance.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, 7–10+ years of relevant experience, and an active DoD security clearance. Proficiency with EACs, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• EVMS experience and ability to create/interpret EACs.
• Experience managing suppliers and external vendors.
• PM/Program management experience in defense or complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of supply chain plans and material management.
• Interface between Supply Chain and IPT/Program Office.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics for the program.
