Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to support LADS SBU and ICP SSBU for a Tucson, AZ program. The role involves material forecasting, budgeting, and supplier management to ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

The candidate will interface with multiple functions and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in MPM within defense/aerospace, strong ERP/SAP experience, and the ability to develop and manage EAC, risk and opportunity, and

Qualifications

• Experience in Material Program Management within Defense/Aerospace.
• ERP systems experience, especially SAP.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program materials.

Responsibilities

• Support MPM leads with monthly material forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage material budgets and EAC for the program.
• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Coordinate with Program Office, Production Planning, Engineering and Quality to align material availability with milestones.
• Support proposal activities related to material cost and lead time.
• Ensure suppliers support MRP, MPP, and MPS and monitor performance.
