Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Material Handling Group Leader based onsite in Normal, IL. You will lead multiple teams responsible for material movement, inbound/outbound flow, and KPI-driven improvements to support production milestones.

This role reports to the Material Handling Manager and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with Quality, Production and Materials, ensuring safety and equipment care, and driving Lean practices while maintaining

Qualifications

• Weekend work flexibility.
• Experience with WMS SAP preferred.
• 3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership and task delegation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teams responsible for material movement in the warehouse.
• Manages inbound/outbound and internal replenishment to support production.
• Oversees unloading/loading and return of dunnage to suppliers.
• Implements KPI-driven processes to optimize operations.
• Collaborates with Quality, Production and Materials for improvements.
• Leads and coaches Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Engages with customers and plants during major milestones as needed.
