Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate in California. You will handle inbound/outbound material, inventory, and repackaging, ensuring a safe, clean workplace. Shift is 8:00am–4:30pm Pacific Time with possible overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, repackaging, equipment operation, and identifying inventory issues. Requires 2–4 years in warehousing and forklift operation, with LEAN knowledge and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience including picking, packing, shipping and forklift operations.
• Experience in a warehouse environment, automotive preferred.
• Prior forklift experience (Raymond MHE) preferred.
• Comfortable operating an order picker (Cherry Picker) above floor level.
• Knowledge of LEAN practices (5S, identify waste, process improvements).
• Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand 8–12 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Repackage materials to meet distribution requirements for Service Parts.
• Operate powered equipment (forklift, stock chaser, etc.).
• Identify inventory concerns based on quantity or quality discrepancies.
• Provide input into safety, quality, and throughput opportunities.
• Understand and utilize standard work.
• Maintain proper use of equipment.
• Support general material handling requests from leadership and team members.
• Participate in group efforts to foster continuous improvement.
