Job summary

• 7–10+ years in Material Planning or related supply chain discipline.
• 2+ years of proven people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; MS or MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning execution across the Service distribution network.
• Proactively identify shortages and supply risks before impact.
• Partner with Purchasing and suppliers to establish recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain planning strategies for lifecycle events.
• Translate demand changes into actionable planning requirements.
